Gucci Client Advisor position in Seoul. Engage luxury clients through personalized guidance, expert product consultation, and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the complete purchasing journey with personalized product recommendations
- Present the Gucci collection in accordance with brand standards and guidelines
- Provide expert guidance on product characteristics, styles, and current fashion trends
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Embody and communicate brand values and heritage to clients
- Enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term brand loyalty
- Support store management activities and maintain visual merchandising standards

Skills
Experience
