Gucci seeks a Client Advisor in Seoul to deliver luxury service, present collections and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and advise clients throughout the full buying journey, delivering personalised service that reflects Gucci brand standards.
- Present and merchandise the collection in accordance with visual and product presentation guidelines.
- Use clienteling techniques and CRM tools to build and nurture long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Contribute to sales targets through effective selling, cross-selling and upselling; report on results and client feedback.
- Support omni-channel operations including in-store pickups, appointment bookings and collaboration with e-commerce teams.
- Execute transactions accurately, handle cash/pos operations and assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks.
- Represent and uphold company values, ensuring a flawless boutique environment and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for high-end customer service; experience in luxury retail or premium brands is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
