Gucci is hiring a Client Advisor in Seoul to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients and own the client experience at every stage of the buying journey, ensuring adherence to Gucci presentation and service standards.
- Advise customers on product features, styling, materials and trends to convert visits into sales and maximise basket value.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and aftersales service, utilising CRM to record interactions and preferences.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and effective merchandising.
- Deliver an elevated in-store environment by maintaining visual merchandising cues, stock presentation, and boutique standards.
- Support omnichannel activity as required (e.g., click & collect, client enquiries from digital channels) and coordinate with store and central teams.
- Process transactions accurately, manage point-of-sale operations, and adhere to cash handling and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven client-facing experience in luxury retail or premium fashion, preferably within a boutique environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused, service-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and to work collaboratively within a team.
- High standards of personal presentation and professional conduct consistent with luxury brand expectations.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of direct sales experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred; demonstrable success in meeting sales targets and building repeat clientele.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or customer service is advantageous.
