Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand at all customer touchpoints, delivering an elevated and consistent luxury experience in accordance with brand standards.
- Guide clients through the full buying journey by advising on styles, materials, product features and current trends to shape purchase decisions.
- Proactively cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalised clienteling, follow-up and after-sales service to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Contribute to store sales targets through active selling, merchandising, stock replenishment and by maximising conversion in assigned client segments.
- Execute visual merchandising and product presentation directives to ensure the boutique reflects seasonal storytelling and collection priorities.
- Accurately manage transactions and client data using store systems and CRM tools, ensuring confidentiality and data quality.
- Collaborate with store management and peers to support daily operations, inventory control and the seamless delivery of client appointments and events.
Qualifications
- Proven aptitude for customer-facing roles with demonstrable professionalism and impeccable presentation.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives; experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to tailor approach to diverse, high-net-worth clientele.
- Capacity to learn and articulate product knowledge across categories (leather goods, apparel, accessories) and translate features into benefits.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
- High level of discretion and respect for client privacy.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ years of experience in retail sales, with preference for candidates who have worked within luxury or premium fashion boutiques and who can demonstrate commercial results and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary education in fashion, retail or a related discipline is advantageous.
