Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci’s selling ceremony from welcome to close, delivering a consistently elevated luxury client experience and achieving store and individual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional product knowledge and convey Gucci’s heritage and brand philosophy to clients, positioning the maison as an aspirational choice.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling: identify needs, perform qualitative CRM updates, and propose appropriate cross-selling and up‑selling opportunities.
- Manage customer outreach and retention activities to grow loyalty and cultivate new prospects using company CRM systems.
- Ensure visual presentation adheres to Gucci visual guidelines and maintain store displays to brand standards.
- Support inventory control on the sales floor and in stockroom according to company procedures and maintain accurate stock levels.

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands, with a demonstrable sales track record and experience in client relationship management.
Education
