Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Gucci’s full selling ceremony from greeting through to sale closure to achieve store and personal targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service underpinned by deep product knowledge and an understanding of the brand’s history and heritage.
- Proactively manage relationships through clienteling: identify client needs, maintain CRM records and execute follow-up activities to drive repeat business.
- Generate additional revenue via targeted cross-selling and upselling while tailoring recommendations to individual client tastes.
- Maintain visual standards and product presentation in accordance with Gucci visual guidelines.
- Support stock control and floor/stockroom replenishment in line with company policies.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming and conduct standards, and contribute positively to the store team dynamic.
