Gucci Client Advisor in Seoul — represent Gucci, deliver luxury clienteling and sales, and maintain brand presentation in a premium retail setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by executing the full selling ceremony from welcome to closure, acting as a visible brand ambassador.
- Demonstrate deep product and heritage knowledge to inform client advisory, styling and tailored recommendations.
- Drive sales through proactive clienteling, CRM-driven follow-up, cross-selling and upselling to meet personal and store targets.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships by monitoring and updating client records in the company CRM system.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation in strict accordance with Gucci visual guidelines.
- Manage floor and back-of-house inventory to company standards and follow store policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming and brand presentation standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused mindset with adaptability to engage diverse clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- High ethical standards, responsibility and strong sense of professionalism.
- Collaborative team player able to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion or service roles preferred.

Experience
Previous customer-facing experience in retail, luxury or fashion is preferred; candidates with demonstrated success in clienteling and sales (typically 1–3 years in luxury/retail) will be advantaged.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary education in fashion, retail or a related discipline is a plus.
