Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the full selling ceremony from greeting to closing, consistently achieving store and personal sales targets.
- Communicate Gucci’s heritage and product knowledge to provide a distinctive, luxury service experience that exceeds customer expectations.
- Execute clienteling activities using the company CRM to identify needs, nurture relationships and drive cross-selling and upselling.
- Engage customers on fashion trends and the luxury market to build rapport and long-term loyalty across diverse client segments.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation in line with Gucci visual guidelines.
- Ensure accurate inventory control on the sales floor and in stockroom according to company policies.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming and brand standards at all times.
