Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the complete Gucci selling ceremony from client greeting to transaction closure to achieve store and individual sales targets.
- Provide exemplary customer service that communicates Gucci’s heritage and product excellence through detailed product knowledge.
- Manage client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM upkeep; identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase sales and loyalty.
- Engage clients on fashion trends and the luxury market to build rapport and tailor personalised recommendations to diverse customer profiles.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product displays in accordance with Gucci visual guidelines to ensure a refined boutique environment.
- Ensure accurate inventory control and orderly stock management on the sales floor and in the backroom following company procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming and presentation standards and represent the brand as an ambassador at all times.
Qualifications
- Customer-centric mindset with adaptability to interact with varied clienteles.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standards of ethics, discretion and responsibility.
- Proven teamwork orientation and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or service industries preferred.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail management, or a related discipline is advantageous but not required.
