Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the full selling ceremony from reception to sale completion, consistently achieving store and individual sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional client service grounded in deep product knowledge and an understanding of Gucci’s history and heritage.
  • Execute clienteling activities through the company CRM to identify needs, maintain client records, and drive repeat business.
  • Proactively propose cross-selling and upselling opportunities tailored to client preferences to increase average transaction value.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships by advising on fashion trends and matching product solutions to diverse client styles.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation in strict accordance with Gucci visual guidelines.
  • Support stockroom and floor inventory control, ensuring appropriate stock levels and adherence to company procedures.
  • Adhere to brand grooming standards, store policies and ethical conduct at all times.
