Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service by executing the Gucci selling ceremony from greeting to transaction closure to drive store and individual sales targets.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and convey the brand’s heritage and philosophy to elevate customer experience and foster loyalty.
- Proactively manage client relationships through clienteling activities, qualitative CRM updates and targeted outreach to increase repeat business.
- Identify and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximise average transaction value and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate fashion and luxury market trends to clients and adapt recommendations to diverse customer styles and preferences.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation in line with Gucci visual guidelines to ensure an elevated in-store experience.
- Support inventory control and maintain appropriate stock levels on floor and in back-of-house according to company procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming standards, brand policies and ethical guidelines at all times.
