Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service by executing the Gucci selling ceremony from greeting to transaction closure to drive store and individual sales targets.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and convey the brand’s heritage and philosophy to elevate customer experience and foster loyalty.
  • Proactively manage client relationships through clienteling activities, qualitative CRM updates and targeted outreach to increase repeat business.
  • Identify and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximise average transaction value and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate fashion and luxury market trends to clients and adapt recommendations to diverse customer styles and preferences.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation in line with Gucci visual guidelines to ensure an elevated in-store experience.
  • Support inventory control and maintain appropriate stock levels on floor and in back-of-house according to company procedures.
  • Adhere to Gucci grooming standards, brand policies and ethical guidelines at all times.

  • Proven team-player comfortable working collaboratively in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
  • Previous experience in luxury, retail, fashion or service sectors is preferred.
  • Proficiency in additional foreign languages is advantageous.

Experience

Prior experience in luxury retail or customer-facing sales is preferred; demonstrable track record in clienteling, meeting sales targets and working within branded visual standards is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, sales or fashion are advantageous.
