Gucci in Seoul seeks a Client Advisor to deliver luxury clienteling, visual merchandising and sales excellence in retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Gucci brand ambassador, delivering the full selling ceremony from welcome through to sale closure to achieve personal and store sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional client service underpinned by in-depth product and brand heritage knowledge to exceed client expectations.
  • Execute clienteling activities to identify client needs and proactively propose cross-selling and up‑selling opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships by communicating trends, adapting to individual client styles and maintaining client information in the company CRM.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation in line with Gucci visual guidelines and uphold grooming and presentation standards.
  • Support inventory control on the sales floor and in stockroom according to company policies and procedures.
