Gucci seeks a Client Advisor in Seoul to deliver luxury client experiences and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand in-store and deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences at every stage of the buying journey.
  • Advise clients on product features, fit and styling, demonstrating deep knowledge of the collection and current trends.
  • Achieve and contribute to store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and relationship management.
  • Apply brand visual and service standards when presenting merchandise and maintaining boutique presentation.
  • Manage clienteling activities and CRM updates to nurture long‑term client relationships and repeat business.
  • Support store operations including stock replenishment, merchandising, point‑of‑sale transactions and returns in line with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, client‑centric demeanour.
  • Strong commercial sensibility and a demonstrable drive to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Knowledge of fashion/luxury product categories and trends, with attention to brand-specific codes and standards.
  • Capacity to work within a team, adapt to a dynamic retail environment and uphold high presentation standards.

Experience
