Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and individual sales targets.

- Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by communicating fashion trends and luxury market insights.
- Maintain customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's guidelines and maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and company policies.
