Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
- Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with clients about trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen client relationships by accommodating diverse styles and ensuring client comfort.
- Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and discover new potential clients.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
