Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client needs, showcasing Gucci's history, heritage, and product knowledge.
- Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging clients in discussions about fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse client styles and maintaining a comfortable environment.
- Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
- Manage visual displays in accordance with Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse as per company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
