Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products, exceeding customer expectations.
- Identify customer needs through clienteling activities and propose cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase sales.
- Communicate with clients about fashion trends and the luxury market, demonstrating a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen client relationships by adapting to diverse client styles and ensuring client comfort.
- Monitor and update client information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify new potential clients.
- Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels in the warehouse and on the sales floor following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
