Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and personal sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
- Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights to customers, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers by tailoring interactions to diverse client styles.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new ones.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in line with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in luxury, retail, fashion, or service industries preferred.
