Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products, exceeding customer expectations.
- Utilize clienteling to understand customer needs, proposing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance sales.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights passionately with clients, building and strengthening customer relationships.
- Ensure customer comfort and tailor interactions to diverse client styles, maintaining and expanding the customer base through qualitative CRM updates.
- Manage product visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
