Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand to clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Guide clients through the buying journey, offering expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
- Present the collection in accordance with brand standards, maintaining the visual and aesthetic integrity of the store.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets by engaging clients and enhancing their shopping experience.
- Uphold company values and act as the visible face of the brand in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Proficiency in Korean and English.

Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or a similar client-facing role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in fashion or retail management is a plus.
