Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve store and individual sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products.
- Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with customers about fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and maintaining a comfortable shopping experience.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new customers.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse following company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
