Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and personal sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and products, exceeding customer expectations.
- Engage in clienteling activities to understand customer needs, proposing cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance sales.
- Communicate fashion trends and luxury market insights with customers, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by adapting to diverse customer styles and ensuring a comfortable shopping experience.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and identify potential new clients.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain inventory levels on the floor and in the stockroom in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.

Experience
