Role & Responsibilities
- Execute Gucci's selling ceremony to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
- Provide outstanding customer service by showcasing extensive knowledge of Gucci's history, heritage, and product offerings.
- Enhance sales through clienteling activities, identifying customer needs, and suggesting cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Demonstrate passion for fashion and luxury goods, engaging with customers on trends and the luxury market.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships by aligning with diverse customer styles and ensuring comfort.
- Monitor and update customer information in the CRM system to retain existing clients and discover new potential customers.
- Manage visual displays according to Gucci's visual guidelines.
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse as per company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and the luxury market.
