Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand to clients, embodying its values and ethos.
- Guide clients through the buying journey, offering expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
- Support store management in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Present the Gucci collection in accordance with brand standards.
- Contribute to a seamless omni-channel experience across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or a similar customer-facing role is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Further education in fashion or retail management is advantageous.
