Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the brand to clients, guiding them through the buying journey from collection discovery to product selection and returns management.
- Present the collection using brand standards, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Advise customers on styles, product characteristics, and trends to enhance their shopping experience.
- Contribute to achieving set sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.
- Support store management in various activities to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and trends.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
