Role & Responsibilities

- Guide clients through every stage of the buying journey, providing expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
- Support store management in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Present the collection to clients using brand standards and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Contribute to the store's overall performance by meeting individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Korean.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and market trends.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
