Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Gucci brand to clients, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Guide clients through the buying journey, providing expert advice on styles, product characteristics, and trends.
- Present the collection in accordance with Gucci's brand standards.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Support store management activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a related field is required.
Education
A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field is preferred.
