Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, delivering best-in-class service both in-store and remotely to ensure clients feel valued and at ease from initial contact
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster lasting relationships, drive repeat business, and enhance brand loyalty
- Build rapport by discovering client needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections, and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
- Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure every client interaction is smooth, pleasant, and contextually relevant
- Collect and utilize meaningful client information throughout the customer journey to customize service delivery and enhance personalization
- Create added value for clients by providing insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel
- Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and through remote channels
- Provide exceptional client experiences through hospitality, elevation, refined selling skills, and luxury gestures aligned with product rituals
- Apply effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales while maintaining a client-centric approach
- Strategically select products matched to client needs and employ cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales by recruiting clients to create additional selling opportunities
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective across all purchase locations, exchanges, returns, repairs, and transactions
- Guide and inspire clients to make informed decisions and select products most suited to their preferences
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members, demonstrating collaboration and proposing effective solutions
- Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Proactively attend training to develop product knowledge and refine selling techniques
- Maintain current awareness of fashion trends, competitor offerings, and client segmentation to deliver optimized solutions
- Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to serve clients comprehensively
- Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm and authenticity
- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures with a strong focus on loss prevention and operational excellence
- Accurately process POS transactions and ensure precise capture of client information
- Maintain visual display standards across all products in accordance with Gucci visual guidelines
- Uphold company grooming standards and adhere to Gucci appearance policies at all times
- Ensure optimal stock levels on the sales floor consistent with corporate policies and procedures
- Manage general store administration and operational functionality
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record in similar roles or customer service settings
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
- Demonstrated capacity to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity with the ability to inspire trust and collaboration
- Deep knowledge of fashion and luxury brands
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to diverse clients and complex situations
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving and dynamic retail environments
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record, preferably in a similar retail or customer service role. Demonstrated success in driving sales results, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion, retail management, or luxury brand studies is advantageous but not required.

The base compensation for this position is USD 21.30 per hour.
