Gucci Client Advisor in São Paulo. Deliver luxury customer service, drive sales, and represent the brand across fashion and heritage-focused retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve customers according to Gucci selling ceremony and brand protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting clients in exceeding their expectations with expert product knowledge
- Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across all product categories
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments while demonstrating passion for the brand
- Build and strengthen customer relationships, adapting communication style to diverse nationalities and personalities
- Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems to support retention and identify high-potential clients
- Achieve individual and store sales goals while enhancing overall business performance
- Collaborate with team members through open communication and contribute effective solutions
- Manage visual product displays in accordance with Gucci visual merchandising standards
- Ensure store functionality, appropriate product levels on the sales floor, and adherence to corporate policies
- Execute product replenishment and physical inventory procedures
- Maintain grooming and appearance standards in line with Gucci brand guidelines

- Proven experience in a similar client-facing role within luxury fashion retail
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury goods
