Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Gucci selling ceremony to welcome, advise and convert customers while embodying the brand’s image and storytelling.
- Provide exceptional client service through attentive listening, product expertise and personalized recommendations to build brand loyalty.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Develop and maintain client relationships with a focus on clienteling; ensure accurate CRM records and follow-up to retain and grow customer base.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating passion and commercial awareness.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation in accordance with Gucci visual standards.
- Manage stock replenishment, perform physical inventory tasks and ensure appropriate floor availability of merchandise.
- Maintain store functionality and adhere to grooming and appearance standards prescribed by the brand.
