Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to the Gucci selling ceremony and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage to assist customers effectively.
  • Engage in cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, catering to diverse nationalities and personalities.
  • Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify potential new ones.
  • Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration with team members, proposing effective solutions.
  • Manage visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci's visual standards.
  • Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, following corporate policies.
  • Oversee product replenishment and conduct physical inventory checks.
  • Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results.
  • Deep passion for fashion and luxury goods.

Skills

Excellent commercial awareness and customer service orientation. High flexibility and adaptability to different customer needs. Strong team-player mentality. Exceptional communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In-depth knowledge of luxury products.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies is required.
