Role & Responsibilities

- Monitor and update customer information using CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify potential new ones.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.

- Manage visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci's visual standards.
- Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, following corporate policies.
- Oversee product replenishment and conduct physical inventory checks.
- Adhere to Gucci's grooming standards and policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role within the fashion retail industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results.
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury goods.
