Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from the first point of contact through best-in-class service delivery
  • Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences that foster long-term loyalty and drive repeat business
  • Discover client needs and aspirations by building rapport, creating meaningful connections, and demonstrating generosity in exceeding expectations
  • Develop the client base through strategic recruitment of new clients and cultivation of existing relationships
  • Leverage in-store technology platforms to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
  • Collect and document meaningful client information throughout the journey to customize service offerings and inform future engagement
  • Provide valuable insights on local lifestyle trends in arts, theater, and travel to enhance the client experience
  • Drive individual and collective sales results by maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
  • Provide exceptional client experiences through hospitality, elevated selling techniques, and luxury gestures
  • Employ effective, warm, and natural selling methods while maintaining a client-centric attitude
  • Select appropriate products matched to client needs and employ cross-selling and upselling techniques
  • Proactively promote virtual appointments and remote sales services to recruit clients and create additional selling opportunities
  • Maintain a unified "One-Gucci-Client" perspective across all touchpoints, including exchanges, returns, repairs, and other transactions
  • Guide clients to make informed decisions aligned with their individual style and preferences
  • Foster open and collaborative communication with team members, proposing effective solutions
  • Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
  • Maintain current knowledge of Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle offerings; stay informed on fashion trends, competitor activities, and client segmentation strategies
  • Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to serve clients effectively
  • Embody Gucci's philosophy, values, and lifestyle with enthusiasm and authenticity
  • Actively participate in all store operations including stock maintenance, inventory management, and visual displays
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures with attention to loss prevention and operational excellence
  • Process POS transactions accurately and capture client information correctly
  • Maintain visual product displays according to Gucci visual merchandising standards
  • Follow company grooming standards and policies at all times
  • Ensure optimal product levels on the sales floor in accordance with corporate policies
  • Manage general store administration and functionality

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales targets
  • Demonstrated capability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
  • High degree of ethical conduct, professionalism, and integrity
  • Ability to inspire trust and foster collaboration among team members
  • Flexibility to work a full retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.70 to USD 19 per hour.
