Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service both in-store and remotely.
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences to drive repeat business and enhance brand loyalty.

- Collect and leverage client information to tailor services and enhance satisfaction.
- Drive individual and collective sales results, maximizing selling opportunities.

- Participate actively in store operations, including stock maintenance and visual merchandising.
- Adhere to company policies with a focus on operational excellence and loss prevention.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build lasting client relationships.
- High degree of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Work authorization in the United States.

Compensation
