Gucci is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver a unique, personalized client experience and help turn clients’ dreams into Gucci creations. The role is offered on a full part-time, fixed-term contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales and customer targets and KPIs by using available data and systems to understand performance and sales opportunities.
- Use cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Create an engaging, emotional client experience and provide best-in-class service.
- Host clients in line with hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
- Proactively engage clients and build strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
- Apply styling knowledge and mix-and-match products to best serve each client.
- Develop a local and international client base, recruiting and developing top clients.
