Gucci Client Advisor opportunity in Rotterdam. Full-time contract role delivering luxury retail service and exceeding sales targets in fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging available data and systems to optimize performance and identify opportunities
- Execute cross- and upselling strategies to maximize transaction value and client satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional, emotionally resonant client experiences aligned with luxury hospitality protocols and welcome techniques
- Proactively cultivate authentic client relationships from initial point of contact, ensuring clients feel valued and appreciated
- Apply advanced styling expertise to curate product combinations and personalized recommendations that serve individual client needs
- Develop and nurture a diverse client base across local and international segments, identifying and cultivating high-value client relationships
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with natural ability to build rapport
- Strong styling sensibility and product knowledge, with eye for aesthetic curation
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and work effectively toward team KPIs
- Fluency in English; additional European languages preferred
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, direct-to-consumer sales, or elite hospitality environments. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and building loyal client bases in high-fashion or luxury goods retail is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required; further education in fashion, business, or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will be located in Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands.
