Gucci in Rotterdam seeks a Client Advisor (full‑time, fixed‑term) to deliver personalised luxury client service and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, emotionally engaging client experiences that reflect the House’s hospitality standards and welcome techniques.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement, client base development and recruitment of high‑value clients.
- Use available sales data and store systems to analyse performance, identify opportunities and optimise selling strategies.
- Apply styling expertise and mix‑and‑match product knowledge to present tailored looks and increase average transaction value via cross‑selling and upselling.
- Build and nurture strong local and international client relationships, maintaining follow‑up and clienteling activities to drive repeat business.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail sales; demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to apply data insights to selling behaviour.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; polished hospitality and client service manner.
- Solid product and styling knowledge with an eye for fashion and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexibly in a retail environment, including weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Practical retail experience in luxury or premium brands; typically 1–3 years of client‑facing sales experience with a proven sales record and familiarity with client development and retention strategies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or related fields preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands.
