Join Gucci in Rotterdam as a Client Advisor. This role involves delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets in a luxury fashion environment. Fluency in Dutch and English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
  • Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to optimize sales potential.
  • Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
  • Proactively engage with clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
  • Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer tailored solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
  • Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
