Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the Gucci brand ambassador by delivering elevated, personalised client experiences across in-store and remote channels to deepen client relationships and drive loyalty.

  • Support operational store duties including stock maintenance, inventories, visual merchandising standards and general administration to ensure operational excellence.
  • Adhere to company policies including loss prevention, grooming and brand presentation standards while contributing constructively to team communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of luxury fashion or high-end retail sales experience with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain lasting client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity and ethical conduct with the ability to inspire trust among clients and colleagues.
  • Flexible availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the capacity to adapt to diverse and complex client situations.

Experience
