The Client Advisor represents Gucci, builds lasting client relationships, delivers personalized service, and drives individual and collective sales through product expertise, styling, and virtual and in-store selling. The role also supports stock, POS, visual standards, loss prevention, and general store operations, and requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships and deliver best-in-class service and personalized experiences in store and remotely.
- Discover clients’ needs and aspirations, build rapport, exceed expectations, and recruit new clients while developing the existing client base.
- Use in-store technology and collect relevant client information to personalize service and understand client preferences.
- Enrich client experiences with useful insights on local lifestyle trends, including theatre, arts, and travel.
- Drive individual and collective sales results and maximize selling opportunities in store and remotely.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through hospitality, selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals.
- Use effective selling techniques and cross-selling and upselling to match products to client needs and benefits.
- Promote virtual appointments and distance sales to create selling opportunities.
- Maintain a “One-Gucci-Client” perspective across purchases, exchanges, returns, repairs, and other transactions.
- Guide clients toward suitable purchasing decisions and communicate constructively with team members, collaborating and proposing effective solutions.
- Use Gucci and product knowledge, storytelling, and styling advice to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Attend training to build product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Stay up to date on fashion trends, competitors, products, campaigns, services, and client segmentation to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Combine styling knowledge with product recommendations and embody Gucci’s philosophy, values, and lifestyle.
- Participate in store operations, including stock maintenance and inventories.
- Follow policies and procedures, with a focus on loss prevention and operational excellence.
- Process POS transactions accurately and capture client information accurately.
- Maintain product displays in accordance with Gucci visual standards.
- Follow company grooming requirements and Gucci standards and policies.
- Maintain optimal product levels on the sales floor and manage general store administration and functionality.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of luxury fashion sales experience, with an excellent track record, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity, with the ability to inspire trust and collaboration among colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Deep knowledge of and passion for fashion and luxury.
- Excellent commercial awareness and client attitude.
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

Experience
