Gucci seeks a bilingual Client Advisor in Querétaro to deliver luxury retail service, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with exceptional service, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and understanding of Gucci's selling ceremony history and brand heritage
- Advise customers on fashion trends and luxury market developments while communicating authentic passion for the brand
- Build and cultivate long-term customer relationships across diverse nationalities and personality types, ensuring customers feel valued and understood
- Maintain and update customer information within the CRM system to enhance retention strategies and identify high-potential client segments
- Execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies across all product categories to maximize transaction value
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives while contributing to overall business growth
- Collaborate actively with team members through transparent communication and constructive problem-solving
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays in accordance with Gucci specifications
- Execute inventory management including product replenishment and physical stock verification
Qualifications
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail or luxury environment
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Demonstrated experience in face-to-face customer service delivery
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury brands with strategic business acumen
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to forge genuine customer connections

Experience
Proven professional experience in fashion, retail, or related fields with demonstrated success in face-to-face customer service delivery and sales achievement. Experience with luxury retail environments is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico.
