Gucci Client Advisor position in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Deliver exceptional customer service and drive luxury retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service following Gucci's selling ceremony and service standards
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and communicate Gucci's history, heritage, and brand philosophy to clients
- Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies across all product categories
- Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments with evident passion for the sector
- Build and cultivate lasting customer relationships across diverse nationalities and personality types
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems to identify retention opportunities and high-potential prospects
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while enhancing business development
- Collaborate with team members through open communication and propose effective solutions
- Manage product visual displays in accordance with Gucci visual merchandising standards
- Maintain store functionality, ensure adequate inventory levels on sales floor, and replenish merchandise
- Adhere to Gucci grooming and appearance standards and corporate policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar retail position within fashion or luxury retail companies
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury products
- Excellent commercial awareness and customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse customer profiles and work effectively in dynamic environments

- Knowledge of luxury product categories and brand positioning

Experience
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies, with demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results in a luxury retail environment.
