Gucci Client Advisor position in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Drive luxury sales, build client relationships, and embody the Gucci brand as a fashion-forward brand ambassador.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the first point of contact through best-in-class in-store and remote service
- Deliver personalized, client-centric experiences to foster lasting relationships and drive repeat business and brand loyalty
- Build rapport with clients by discovering their needs and aspirations, creating meaningful connections that demonstrate generosity and exceed expectations
- Develop the client base by recruiting new clients and cultivating existing relationships
- Leverage in-store technology to ensure smooth, pleasant, and relevant client experiences
- Collect meaningful client information throughout the journey to customize service and understand preferences
- Create value for clients through insights on local lifestyle trends including theater, arts, and travel
- Drive individual and collective sales results while maximizing selling opportunities both in-store and remotely
- Provide exceptional client experiences through hospitality, elevated selling skills, luxury gestures, and product rituals
- Use effective selling techniques in a natural, warm, and elevated manner to drive sales and maintain a client-centric attitude
- Select products matched to client needs and benefits; effectively employ cross-selling and upselling techniques
- Proactively promote virtual appointments and distance sales by recruiting clients for selling opportunities
- Maintain a 'One-Gucci-Client' perspective regardless of purchase location, ensuring consistency on exchanges, returns, repairs, and transactions
- Guide clients to make informed purchasing decisions aligned with their needs
- Foster open and constructive communication with team members through collaborative and solution-oriented engagement
- Engage clients using storytelling, expert product knowledge, and honest styling advice to facilitate informed purchases
- Proactively attend trainings to gain insights on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Stay current with fashion trends, competitors, and client segmentation to deliver optimal solutions
- Combine styling knowledge with the ability to offer products that best serve each client

- Actively participate in store operations including stock maintenance and inventory management

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience with an excellent track record
- Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results
- Demonstrated success in building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity
- Ability to inspire trust and collaboration amongst colleagues
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Deep knowledge and passion for fashion and luxury
- Excellent commercial awareness and client-focused attitude
- High flexibility and ability to adapt to different clients and complex situations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
Skills
Experience
2+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar client-facing or customer service role within the luxury sector
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further luxury retail or hospitality training is a plus
