Gucci is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for its Perth boutique, working 38 hours per week across five days with flexible rostering. The role delivers personalised service and product recommendations, drives sales KPIs, and supports stock management and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional Gucci experience to a diverse range of clients.
- Understand each client's needs and provide thoughtful, personalised product recommendations in every interaction.
- Drive individual and team performance against key KPIs, including sales, average ticket, NPS and conversion.
- Demonstrate agility and confidence in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and selling skills through Gucci's training programs.
- Collaborate with the wider boutique team to support stock management and operational activities.
