Gucci Client Advisor position in Parndorf, Austria. Luxury retail sales role requiring 3+ years experience and passion for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals while enhancing business development
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and Gucci heritage understanding in accordance with Gucci selling ceremony
  • Drive and exceed individual KPI targets by maintaining the highest standards of customer service and sales quality
  • Capture and maintain meaningful customer data within company CRM systems to build relationships and identify personalized client development opportunities
  • Maintain an active, accurate, and well-organized client book with regular contact and appropriate follow-up on sales and client requests
  • Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, conveying genuine passion for fashion and luxury offerings
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues through open, constructive communication to ensure consistent exceptional experiences and foster a positive working environment
  • Maintain security standards and ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise
  • Contribute to visual product displays in accordance with Gucci visual merchandising standards
  • Support daily store operations by maintaining organized stockroom and understock areas
  • Adhere to Gucci image standards, company policies, and procedural guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar client-facing or customer service role
  • Proven track record of driving and exceeding individual and store sales results
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and follow-up competencies
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team-focused approach with genuine desire to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  • High flexibility and adaptability to diverse customer needs and preferences
