Gucci Client Advisor position in Parndorf, Austria – luxury retail sales role requiring 3+ years experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals whilst enhancing overall business development
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding expectations, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and Gucci heritage understanding in accordance with the Gucci selling ceremony
  • Drive and exceed individual KPI targets by ensuring the highest level of customer service and sales quality
  • Capture and maintain meaningful customer data using company CRM tools to build relationships and personalise future client development opportunities
  • Maintain an active, accurate, and organised client book with regular contact and appropriate follow-up on sales and client requests
  • Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, demonstrating genuine passion for fashion and luxury products
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster open communication, ensure consistent exceptional experiences, and contribute to a positive working environment
  • Uphold security standards within the store to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise
  • Contribute to visual merchandising standards in accordance with Gucci guidelines and maintain neat, organised understock and stock room areas
  • Adhere to Gucci image standards and company policies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store sales results
  • Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Team-focused mindset with effective collaboration ability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment

Experience
