Role & Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Gucci's heritage and product line.
- Ensure the sales floor and boutique adhere to Gucci's visual presentation standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized advice and fostering communication between team members and clients.
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets and KPIs.
- Participate in alteration services, including measurements, adjustments, and managing client reservations.
- Assist with stock replenishment, labeling, and organization.
- Conduct transactions and manage the cash register.
- Implement CRM procedures to expand the boutique's client database.
- Adhere to boutique security guidelines to prevent theft and loss.
Qualifications
- Professional Baccalaureate
- BTS or DUT
- Experience in sales
- Experience in luxury retail
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in sales, particularly within the luxury sector, is required.
