The Client Advisor represents Gucci, delivers exceptional service and distinctive client experiences, builds lasting relationships and contributes to individual and store sales goals. The role also supports product presentation, store operations, replenishment and inventory while following Gucci standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives by developing customer connections and delivering exceptional service, distinctive experiences and strong client relationships.
- Serve customers according to the Gucci selling ceremony.
- Greet, listen to and assist customers, exceed their needs, and demonstrate excellent knowledge of products, Gucci history and heritage.
- Drive cross-selling and upselling across all product categories.
- Advise clients on fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, demonstrating passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships; engage with people of different nationalities and personalities and help them feel at ease.
- Monitor and update customer information in company CRM tools to retain existing customers and identify high-potential prospects.
- Achieve individual and store goals, contributing to business growth and development.
- Communicate openly and constructively with team members, collaborate and propose effective solutions.
- Maintain product visual displays in accordance with Gucci visual standards.
- Maintain store functionality and appropriate product levels on the sales floor, following corporate policies and procedures.
- Replenish products and conduct physical merchandise inventory.
- Follow Gucci grooming standards and policies.
