Gucci Client Advisor in Parañaque City, Philippines — advise clients, present collections and achieve sales targets for Gucci retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients throughout the buying journey, delivering personalised service consistent with Gucci brand standards.
- Present and demonstrate product collections with expert knowledge of materials, craftsmanship and styling.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling techniques and accurate client records.
- Operate POS system accurately, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure correct processing of returns and exchanges.
- Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation and store upkeep to reflect brand guidelines.
- Support store events, product launches and local marketing initiatives to maximise client engagement.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, compliance and security procedures while embodying company values as the visible face of the brand.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality preferred.
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong client service orientation.
- Professional appearance and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion and cultural sensitivity.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and peak sales periods.
- Right to work in the Philippines.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail sales experience; prior experience with a luxury or premium fashion brand is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
